Job Type: Internship
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Responsibilities
• Support Marketing Campaigns with market segmentations and metrics
• Develop advanced analysis to marketing generated opportunity pipeline and increase campaign association. 
• Support solution refresh and upsell
• Provide customer install base analysis essential for marketing operations and renewals operations.
• Intern will be responsible for preparing renewals opportunities including account reconciliation and ownership
• Communicate key process information, deadlines, and task definitions to groups within marketing and renewal operations.

Analyst, Marketing Intelligence
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities
• Develop tracking requirements to enable in-depth analysis of website features to measure key KPIs, web conversions, engagement and user journey as well as results of campaigns and other engagement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and implement tracking for channel drivers, while improving the Adobe Analytics platform to enable more advanced analytics as well as tagging all features released to digital platforms and checking incoming data. Identify optimization opportunities for testing to drive the business including customer and business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, account, strategy and project management) to ensure the measurement of marketing programs are considered and business requirements are discussed. 
• Collaborate with external agency partners (e.g. media, data partners) and Marketing Intelligence team to derive useful insights; ensure integrity of data is intact, and reconcile data discrepancies; create custom reports for communication with team, clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to plan data logistics to ensure efficient project execution and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams to improve website and marketing performance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree plus one year or more of experience in analytical/planning functions within the direct marketing field.
• Experience with tagging structure and implementation (website).
• Familiarity with site debugging and QA tools (e.g. Omni bug) a plus.
• Proficiency with website analysis tools such as Google
• Analytics, Adobe Analytics-Adhoc, Analysis Workspace and
• Reporting & Analytics experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors and staff members.
• Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving and working independently.
