| Responsibilities • Under direction, create prospect (Lead) lists from available web-based data sources; format lists into Excel using filters; track list progress and feedback. • Research topics on the web as assigned (e.g. competitive offerings, market demographics) and provide summary of research to Market Intelligence Analyst. • Assist with presentation preparation; review presentations and lists for accuracy and effectiveness. • Assist in the performance of special projects at the request of management. • Maintain a high level of data integrity. • Develop a working knowledge of the Business Intelligence team and our functions to provide value to internal clients. • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required. • Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization. • Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma required. • Active pursuit of Business, Finance, Marketing or Analytics related degree or equivalent experience required. • Demonstrated ability in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet applications.• Must have good time management and organizational skills. • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. • Must approach tasks with a sense of urgency and adhere to assigned deadlines. • Must have effective communication (written and verbal) skills. • Strong web search and research capabilities. |

| Responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of goPuff’s business, including internal processes, functional group strategies, and competitive context • Support the internal teams and external partners in necessary data pulls and maintaining data integrity and validation • Become expert with Nielsen syndicated data by pulling data, analyzing data and reporting back to the Merchandising team on opportunity gaps, trends and performance • Work with Merchandising team to analyze pricing opportunities by Class and Sku and provide recommendations • Drive internal business decisions with a combination of data analysis and forecasting • Serve as support to entire Merchandising team from data analysis and ad hoc reporting perspective, as well as other internal teams Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience working with data • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university • Ability to tell stories through data, develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines • Must have strong computer skills – Advanced MS Excel – pivot tables and pivot table reporting, advanced formulas and charting, basic data modeling skills in Tableau, SQL (plus) • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and problem solving skills • Team player and fast learner • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and quick communication response times • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Philadelphia, PA |
