| Responsibilities • Talk to business owners and users to understand the business systems in the customer environment. • Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and create user stories • Actively participate in creating the best possible product for the client through active participation in peer reviews, and retrospectives. • Produce functional specifications that explain the desired business functionality of CMS or eCommerce platforms • Shepherd projects through software life cycle processes to get them to production. • Actively participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong dedication to quality and communication. • Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the customer ‘s perspective while maintaining client relationships at peer level • Create user stories for agile software developme Qualifications • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other technical major, OR at least 4 years of recent project management/business operations/business process experience • 1 year of business process experience supporting software development • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, constantly changing environment • Strong written and communication skills • Effectively develop, refine and document as-is and to-be processes • Strong problem-solving skills to assess process gaps and recommend best practice solutions • Perform analysis and projects to improve overall quality of work products and processes • Ability to maximize efficiency by managing time and workload • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Visio • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, epiServer, Sitecore, SAP Commerce, inRiver or other web platforms a plus |
