| Responsibilities • Gather requirements for desired business outcomes • Analyze end-to-end business processes for potential efficiency gains and self-service improvements • Design proposed business process and gather stakeholder approval • Document requirements, final design, and test cases • Utilize business process automation tools to build forms, construct workflows and connect to data sources • Test solution and work with stakeholders for sign off • Implement solutions and measure results Qualifications • Desired Major: Business or Economics. | Responsibilities • Define, facilitate, implement, & maintain Information-Systems to meet Sales business needs. • Use appropriate research tools to analyze business requirements and problems. • Analyze and help facilitate design of process improvement solutions • Pursue data quality; troubleshoot data validation, generate data governance exception management reports, and see issues through to resolution • Research and analyze business requirements, problem statements, and available technologies to define solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Provide analytical based conclusions and recommendations. • Apply high level understanding of the business to devise and/or modify procedures based on requirements, and format of the desired result.Interface with IT Department in developing business system solutions. • Participate in testing and implementation activities to ensure attainment of desired business outcomes (in accordance with established requirements). • Lead small- to medium-sized, moderately complex projects that impact sales function. • Identify & escalate any risks impacting scope, or schedule. • Report status and escalate issues to leadership. • Participate in more-complex projects. • Complete assignments that require individual user discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems. • Select, collect, and analyze data to find root causes of performance issues. • Assess process designs for gaps, non-value-added steps, and other impediments to efficient operation. • Create metrics to track benefits of improvement implementations. • Support change management activities including development and delivery of training and communications to support transitions. • Maintain progress and provide visibility into project activities to complete deliverables on time. • Review requirements, user stories, designs, and specifications with SMEs • Serve as liaison to downstream users of sales data • Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting solutions are user friendly, scalable, repeatable, effective & efficient, and that meet expectations of stakeholders • Define, implement and standardize reports and dashboards leveraging visualization tools Qualifications • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of Business-Systems Analysis and/or related experience • Proficient with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) • Tableau • Oracle Analytics & Reporting Visualization solutions |
