Brand Marketing Intern/Co-op
Job Type: Internship
Location: NEEDHAM, MA
Responsibilities
• Coordination of consumer research activities
• Marketing collateral review and feedback (retailer/web/social)
• Packaging, instruction manual, quick start guide creation/updates and cross-functional approval
• Competitive landscape/marketing plan analysis
• Sample management for PR and other media events
• Participation/preparation for team meetings and executive reviews
• Category Database Management (NPD etc)
• Support management of external agencies
• Brainstorming & bringing new ideas to the table
• Other responsibilities and tasks, as assigned

Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have completed 2+ years in a business/marketing degree program

Digital Marketing Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Location:  Lakeland, FL
Responsibilities
• Manage the strategy, setup, measurement and optimization of paid campaigns across relevant platforms
• Develop landing pages and lead generation forms
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
• Segment lists and develop automated workflows based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies and strategies.

Qualifications
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Previous Ecommerce, B2B, Marketing Agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Listrack, Marketo and integrating those systems with other technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Advertising, Bing), PLA (Google Shopping), retargeting, social advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc), and Amazon Advertising or other self-serve retail marketplace ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Experience managing multiple Google Analytics accounts and developing customized automated reporting
• Experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Hands on knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes and drive revenue through digital customer engagement.
