| Responsibilities • Interest in analysis strategies to identify needs and opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems. • Ability to conduct research to support our product development — on a variety of topics • Learn how to create artifacts such as process maps and user flows, research summaries, etc. to communicate findings and insights to our team and clients. • Participate with managers, designers, and/or developers on research activities, strategy sessions, design, and product testing. • Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions with our team and clients to help us find balance between user wants, client needs, technical level of effort, and timelines. • Observe and understand design approaches to increase team knowledge of the customer experience. Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program from an accredited college or university in a related major with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent, with a concentration in a related degree program. • Must be at least 18 years old • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Solid capability with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a results-oriented focus • Detail oriented • Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility as a highly motivated self-starter • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills |

| Responsibilities • Transform business & marketing requirements into detailed development requirements • Review development requirements with Project Team, Product Management, business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and periodically with customers. Adjust and continue to refine the requirements until they are ready to be consumed by the development teams. • Continually review what the development teams produce to make sure that it is consistent with requirements and ultimately what customers and the market need. • Be a key participant and leader in Agile activities including Release Planning, Grooming, Sprint Demos and occasionally Scrum Meetings. • Support the Alchemy business teams with answers to questions and updates/training for product releases. • Stay in tune with market and customer needs with frequent communication with Product Managers, Alchemy business teams, customers and prospects. • Support Product Managers in creating and maintaining marketing requirements. Qualifications • Thoroughly enjoy working with customers, business teams and technical teams to create impactful and transformative solutions. • Excellent analytical skills especially related to software technology. • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Software technology skills as a user/consumer/customer. Quick study with how web-based, PC-based, and mobile software works, and knowledgeable with latest trends in user experience. • A team player and someone that builds collaboration and works toward consensus in a team setting. Excellent listening skills and always open to new ideas no matter how or when they originate. Willing to adjust based on what is best for Alchemy. • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification |
