Analyst, Marketing Intelligence
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities
• Develop tracking requirements to enable in-depth analysis of website features to measure key KPIs, web conversions, engagement and user journey as well as results of campaigns and other engagement initiatives.
• Proactively identify and implement tracking for channel drivers, while improving the Adobe Analytics platform to enable more advanced analytics as well as tagging all features released to digital platforms and checking incoming data. Identify optimization opportunities for testing to drive the business including customer and business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, account, strategy and project management) to ensure the measurement of marketing programs are considered and business requirements are discussed. 
• Collaborate with external agency partners (e.g. media, data partners) and Marketing Intelligence team to derive useful insights; ensure integrity of data is intact, and reconcile data discrepancies; create custom reports for communication with team, clients and agency partners.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree plus one year or more of experience in analytical/planning functions within the direct marketing field.

• Familiarity with site debugging and QA tools (e.g. Omni bug) a plus.

Data Science Analyst

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with data sourcing and commercial management, compliance, data science engineers, research, portfolio management, operations and technology to understand investment needs and manage the on-boarding process of new diverse data sets for Man.
• Perform thorough data vendor comparison analysis covering data integrity, coverage and aggregation methodologies.
• Analysis and evaluation of datasets to assist investment teams with finding alpha signals

Qualifications
• Strong academic record and higher education degree with high mathematical and computing content e.g. computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics or another disciplines involving technical and quantitative analysis techniques.
• Proven experience and fluency with data analysis techniques in SQL and an object oriented language, preferably Python, along with relevant libraries e.g. NumPy/SciPy/Pandas.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist, quantitative researcher or in a similar role• Previous experience with reporting and visualisation, preferably using python, and creating technical solutions for operation and data related tasks/processes.
• Working knowledge of Mongo DB, Linux / UNIX, Git, Jira is preferable.
• Demonstrate evidence of strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-organised with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and with competing business demands and priorities.
