Responsibilities
• Assisting with HR oriented tasks such as, obtaining employment verifications, verifying FINRA licensing, creating employee folders, sending out a FedEx with offer letters, and packets, creating a supply of orientation packets, assisting with orientation, and preparing a supply of exit packages
• Support the recruitment team by opening and closing job requisitions in the requisition database, and managing job postings on the appropriate web sites
• Coordination for job fairs/ events
• Conduct database search for resumes
• Assist with LinkedIn recruiting and interview scheduling
• Assisting with the Rewards and Recognition program and Milestone event

HR Generalist

Responsibilities
• Coordinate key People Team processes across the company, including employee onboarding, training, learning & development, 15:Five and performance reviews
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and take ownership of  all new-hire set up to ensure an exceptional day one experience
• Work on a variety of reporting and audits including compliance- EEO-1 annual reporting, compensation survey administration, I-9 compliance, and quarterly PTO audit

• The Software Engineer will be an integral part of the software engineering and product development team within Cambium Assessment. This group of professionals provide custom software solutions for our clients as well as internal support systems. Much of the work we perform is new development, so the right candidate will have the skills needed to perform full life-cycle software development.
